Which Wireless Card

Stumbled upon this, frankly, uber forum and just read BK's guide. Thank you!

Going to buy a C8 (is the range on the C9 better or is that just marketing?)

I just need to know what wifi card to pair it up with - sorry if this was answered later in the guide. The only issue is I might want to pop the card into a little HTPC I have later on so ideally a small form factor card would be ideal.

Also a PCIe x1 card is fine in a full sized slot isn't it?

    Many Thanks!

Dunno what a c9 is, but the above is correct.

The downside however, will be that any other PCIe16 slot will then be limited to the bandwidth of the x1 card.
So it'd be fine if you don't use a GPU for transcoding or whatnot (since you said it was for a htpc).

At glance the C8 and C9 arent the flagships of a generation like the C7, but dunno if theres much between them.

This is an idea of an option. There arent many value options if you want .11AC.
