Working visa for over 35s?

Hi All, I'm currently in the U.S. on a 12 month J1 visa that expires in a couple of months. I'm thinking of moving to Canada next. Does anyone know what if any visa options are available for the over 35s? I have a masters in marketing if that makes any difference. Thanks!

There aren't any without a LMIA, Sponsorship, Express Entry or Intra-Company Transfer as far as I know
