    You need practical help, immediately.

Call into a Citizens Advice centre, they should be able to tell you what you need to do to sort out Unemployment Allowance, to talk with your landlord to make some arrangement to pay partial rent till you get Rent Allowance. If you need immediate financial help, St Vincent de Paul might be able to help.

Go talk with these bodies, listen to what they tell you, do what you have to do (collect documents together etc), and you'll start to feel a bit more in control of the situation.

Then you can sort out the rest.

You're dealing with too much at the moment and need practical support.
As above^^ talk to the social welfare office. Have you any family to turn to?

You may feel you have nothing to say/can't talk at the moment but if the time comes and you feel it would help phone the samaritans. Sometimes just even knowing that someone is on the other end of the phone can help.

    Take care
