Cycle Routes in Carlow

I have recently bought a bike and gotten into some cycling. I'm just wondering if anyone in Carlow knows of any nice spots to cycle with a road bike. It doesn't have to be a dedicated cycle route (which would be great), just a nice track. Thanks.

Check some of the routes on MapMyRide http://www.mapmyride.com/ie/carlow-l/ - the app's pretty good too
