think over all the crew did well
    Why do you say that?

4 people had the opportunity to stop this from happening and they all missed the fact that the doors were still open.

The cabin crew evacuation times are excellent, but i wonder what that person had in his trolley that he felt it was too important to leave behind.

Personally i would have thought that one person flying the aircraft manually with his hand on the throttles would be easier than both flying at the same time.

Shutting down an engine with no PM confirmation and almost inability to fly the aircraft using manual thrust. Not to mention pretty poor CRM between both regarding the fuel leak and how slow they were to shut down the engine.

I think if that was a simulator exercise neither pilots would have a license after landing.

Good learning exercise for us Airbus pilots though.
