Lads I'm disabled . My legs are weak.

So I use a handbike to keep fit. Only problem is the display is gone wonky.
Do there things work with hand movements or just legs?

    Thanks

I have a fitbit charge (there's also an option with a heart rate monitor). I honestly don't think it detects much more than steps, so walking running etc. I can move my hands a lot during (lab) work and it wont register any movement unless I'm walking about too.

You might need something more specialised. Pretty sure Jawbone devices work in similar ways.

Yeah, the fitbit works off an algorithm... It measures steps even though it's on your artist. I was very disappointed when I realised it wouldn't measure cycling.

Maybe try a trackerr that does work with cycling as it will have a different set of criteria built into its algorithm... Possibly a jawbone
