I worked full time for a full year in 2014 and am currently working 4 hours a day 5 days a week. I'm covering a maternity leave and am due to finish in October sometime. In Jan 2016 will I get JSB at full rate if I'm not working or is there a pro rate amount based on my current earnings. Thanks.
