There is a unit that I am in the process of purchasing. Up until a few months ago it was a restaurant. I am going to be reopening it as a restaurant. Currently the gas, esb and phone lines have been disconnected.

Would anyone know is it a long process to get them reconnected and do you know how much it costs?
