susi form A14c proof of independent residence

Does anybody out there know of an alternative to the list of requirements susi demands as proof of independent residence?
they require two forms of proof one dated from 2014 & one from 2015.
It cannot be a bank statement or a mobile phone bill.
If you are like me those two items are the only proof I have linking my name and address!
All other utility bills are in my partner's name and although susi in their infinite wisdom state you can send in proof of marriage, we like so many out there are cohabiting and not married!
How can this work for people like me in this situation?

Unfortunately these are not an alternative as they're already on the susi list.
