Imperfections on glass

Just got a big glass door installed and there are loads of very small black dots on it, on the outside looks like molten glass. Is this normal?

Also one of the panes of glass has a 6" scratch between the double glazing panes its only visible from the outside. Should I be worried about it?

Im sure it is toughened/tempered glass? If so the spots are more than like a reaction between damp air and a coating on the glass, made during the toughening process. If that's what you have these will get more prominent looking.
You should get on to the man who installed it and he should replace it free of charge. He should do this for the scratch alone aswell as the spots.

Industry standard is here - http://www.ggf.org.uk/technical-information/document/quality-of-vision-double-glazing-2-93
If in the unlikely event you get no satisfaction from the supplier after pointing them to the GGF document it would be an open and shut case for the small claims court.
