Hi we are about to re-decorate one of the bedrooms in our home. We are only in our house about 4 years and this is the third time to paint this room. Just cant get it right and it always looks cold and bare.
Is there anywhere online where I can post a pic of the room to get advice??
Willing to paint / wallpaper etc just to get a warm cosy feel in the room.

I have no problems with accessories once I get the colour right.

    thanks

Post a pic here if you like.
Peach is a warm colour, or you could do two colours, either side of a dado rail if you like, or a feature wall one colour and the rest of the room in a complementary colour.

    Try this app

"Dulux visualizer" or Crown "my room painter"

Basically you pick a colour, pick the walls you want to paint press the button and what do you know, your walls are that colour.

You could wallpaper one wall and then the soft furnishings you add will make a difference. If possible have curtains down to the floor unless there's a radiator under the window, in that case you could opt for a roman blind. Use loats of pillows on the bed and if you get a soft headboard that would look cosy too.
