Any one out there know the rules of the card game 31 or 41.We were playing the other day. three pair of partners. before the last game The count was players A 26, players b 37, Player c 31. (we were playing 41) The game started with (a) throwing a trump. which bought them to 31. Player (a) then threw ace of trumps and won.Player (a) then threw 3 of trumps Which player (b) Killed with king of thrumps and claimed The game.when the rest of the cards were thrown in.Player (a) said that he had won it as ace was best trump.player (b) said that the 5 of trumps is the only recognized trump as nothing can beat it.and that when player (a) threw ace he should have said that it was game if no better trump was out. or should have told the table to play on when player (b) claimed the game, to find out if he had best trump and not thrown his cards in when player (b) claimed game.so who was the real winner?
