    The liquid rules are airport / government anti terrorist rules.
    That's nothing to do with mobile phone bans which are an airline / aircraft specific issue (or as it turned out, non issue) that is in place in various shapes and forms long before the recent terrorist threats

    Whatever you can get through the airport security with you can bring on the Ryanair flight subject to it not being oversized.

    The rules on liquids are most definitely still in place.

    Nothing over 100ml and you must be able to put them all into a standard resealable see through bag (standard sandwich bags).
