Washing machine not spinning

Hi,

I have a Bosch Classixx 1400 Express washing machine and at the end of the wash cycle it doesn't spin and was wondering if anybody might be able to help.

It will spin during the wash cycle but not at the end for the spin cycle.

If I just put the machine on for a spin with nothing in the drum it will spin but if there are any clothes (I've even tried just putting in some dry clothes and running the spin cycle) in the drum it doesn't work.

If I put on the rinse/spin cycle with no clothes in the drum it doesn't spin either.

I've removed and cleaned the filter and cleaned out the sump but that didn't fix the issue.

Could it be that the drainage pipe is blocked somewhere?

Is this something that's cheaply fixable or do I need to get a new machine.

if it spins without clothes remove the motor and check the brushes, if they are worn down to approx. 1/4 inch they need to be replaced

I've a Bosch Classixx 1200 Express and it's not spinning when theres water in it.

The filter was full of limescale bits. So i cleaned it and emptyed the drum and it spun.

Then i tried to do a wash when it was empty but it wouldn't spin at the end.

When i take the filter out water trickles out but no enough.

Would i be able to unblock myself or do i need to call someone in? Any reason for the mass breakdown of limescale?

if water only trickles out there is a blockage between the drum and pump ,remove the sump hose and check it for a blockage ,also check where the hose enters the pump
