Diamond-cut wheel refurb

Looking into getting a set of wheels diamond cut and refurbed, I see there are one or two companies around Dublin that do them. Has anyone got experience with any company or know of any horror stories and who to avoid?

Wheels will likely be repainted and then the lip and dish diamond cut and clear coated.

I had seen that but those wheels aren't diamond cut which is a different kettle of fish than a normal refurb.

I sent my BMW E38 M-Parallel wheels to Lepsons in the UK about 2 years ago for diamond cutting, they did a phenomenal job.

I shipped them with DPD for about €45 and collected by Paisley Freight for about twice that. It will be very expensive to do now they way sterling is, but your wheels will be like new.
Their prices have risen since too compared to what I paid.

I've heard a lot about lepsons over the years but as you say they are epensive, shame really! The price of refurbing wheels through them is probably the same as finding a set in the condition I want.

I was speaking with wefixalloywheels.ie this morning but I don't know anything about the quality of their diamond cut wheels or how long the finish lasts

I've heard very mixed reports on them - some disastrous jobs, and some people who love them.

I believe http://www.hitechwheelfinishes.ie/ do diamond cutting now.

    Any experience with them?

Had seen their site as well earlier but never heard of them.

Not personally, no. A lad on driver.net has been organised a GB - think he got these done there -

From reading the thread it looks like he had. They might be worth contacting if I can get a look at someone's wheels they did
