advise on changing radiator????

    Any plumbers out there can you give me some advise as what work is involved in replacing a 4ft long radiator in hall with pipes coming from wall to a cast iron radiator which is 3ft long and have pipes coming from the floor?? TIA

    It depends on a lot of factors,
    Timber or concrete wall
    Timber or concrete floor?
    Is there movement on the existing pipe
    And your ability
    It can be awkward to say the least if your not used to it.

    So the wall is timber, floor concrete tiled but taking up the tiles not a problem as I'm changing the floor. Not sure about movement on existing pipe. Wudnt be doing the job myself I'd get an experienced plumber. Thanks
