Today I tuned my tv into my sky remote but don't think that could be the problem, the stations were fine after this but a while later all the sky stations are fuzzy, white fuzzy lines going across the tv, anyone have any ideas what the problem might be? No obvious problems with the dish.

How is the sky box connected to the tv? via hdmi scart or is it tuned in so u can control it in another room via a magic eye..

if its the later change the freq it comes out on, could be clashing with saorview signal and retune the television.

If Its a black hd box press services 001 select to enter hidden menu

Change rf channel then retune tv.

    If older white box
    Press services
401 select to enter hidden menu

As was asked already, but not really answered, is this Sky box in the same room as the TV, & do you know how it's connected to the TV? Is there a terrestrial TV aerial plugged into the Sky box?

'White fuzzy lines' does sound like interference to an analogue RF channel, but if it was Saorview-related, it's odd that it would just suddenly start like that, & it would be nice to get a bit more info. here before you start delving into hidden menus & such.

BTW, interference from a digital TV service such as Saorview, on the analogue RF output of the Sky box, would look like random 'snow', rather than white lines.
