got a grey crow call bird to put into the trap and i can see the trap from the gate and all the crow is doing is sitting on the perch doing feck all to be fair i only just moved the trap into the field dis-morning. this might the case of a new object in the field maybe that's y its not attracting other crows or magpies.

You will catch greys to a magpie but magpies will not enter a cage occupied by a grey, as greys are dominant in the wild. You need to have it near where they'd have been nesting for maximum effect.

there is a grey crow nest about 200 yards on top of very large tree's just seen 3 pass the trap they look nerves to go near it.

Don't be seen near it during daylight, if they're watching, they'll associate you with it and will avoid it, best to feed call bird when dark. A gamekeeper once told us that greys can live up to 40 years.

watch the crows if u can by day and see where they normally perch and fly around and feed, then by night move the trap to a certain area they are flying around or nesting in and you should normally catch a few in a day or 2.

I can see my larsen from my house as I have it in the open feild and there is 1 grey crow caught its great that I know its working
