I have a 2 year old HP laptop running windows 8.1. Presently I connect to the internet with an E mobile usb dongle.

I also have just purchased a Linx 7 tablet which I wish to connect to the internet by using my laptop as a WiFi Access Point. My Linx 7 can see this Wifi but when I try to connect it says limited service and shows no filled in bars on the bargraph.

What can I do?

PS How can I upload images that show my setup procedure.
