    I see Ireland has it's first Swim Smooth certified coach. Anyone know Sinead? Based on this I can only assume some folks on here have worked with her.

    Nice to see a certified SS coach in Ireland. :cool:

    Yes, Sinead is an excellent coach, has coached with my club for a number of years. Sessions are highly recommended

    went to some sessions with her.
    she did wed and fri session in westwood dublin
    well run, organised and nice goal setting.
    very much in keeping with the swim smooth style of running stuff
