New drafting penalty in Roth

So looks like Challenge Roth have introduced a new penalty to go along with the 5 min drafting penalty, you have to run an extra kilometre during the run. Will it discourage drafting? Probably not but might make people think twice. Does anyone know if all challenge races have the 20m draft zone for the pro's or was it just…

The penalties as they currently stand, would discourage drafting, if they were enforced.
