The screws were in really bad shape when I got the stick and they finally gave up. Any tips on removing the screws and where to get a replacement set?

    Cheers!

Drill off the heads. Hopefully there'll be enough shank left after to grab on to with a vice grip after you have the panel off.

Alternatively try to jam a flat head or torx into them enough that they dig in and get enough purchase?

As for replacement screws I'm sure it'd be easy enough to find screws that size in any hardware place. They look like M4's or M5's maybe, not sure of the length. Just bring one with you. Unless you want to replace them with the actual allen head ones again. Might be tougher to find those.

Haven't got a drill though :( I tried all the suggested tips (such as using rubber band for better grip) but I think those screws are a lost cause.

Is there a place in the city centre that would help me out with that?

Surely there's someone you can borrow a drill from! Ask around. For a bit you just need one that's not bigger or smaller than the screw. You won't get them off any other way.

Get a small file and file the screw enough for a flathead screwdriver.

Replacement is M4 x 12mm, buy it on eBay.

Ill give it a shot, got nothing to lose at this point :D

EDIT: Nope, clearly the screws are made out of playdough..
