I think Garmin have changed the way to upload your data to the Computer and I can not get the info from my 910xt to upload! Does anyone know exactly what software you have to install to upload the information!? This is very annoying as information keeps getting lost! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Had a similar issue with my 310xt this week and had to do a factory reset to resolve it. Very annoying.

If you go to history on the watch are the activities still there?

I normally use Garmin Express to upload directly to Garmin Connect and have that linked with Strava.

Ant Agent is the older method but it does a better job of storing your data locally. If you are having troubles with Garmin Express then Ant Agent may help you access the missing data.

In my case the data was corrupt and could not be accessed therefore I had to wipe it all.

I have a 310xt too for running and the Garmin site seems to be the problem...always crashing or off...

No most the data has been deleted from activities.

How do you do a factory reset?!

    Thanks

    To perform the master reset:
    Power Forerunner off.
Press and hold Enter and Mode buttons.
    Press and release Power button.
Press and release Lap/Reset (watch will power off)
    Wait 3 seconds.
    Release Enter and Mode

Make sure to hold enter and mode buttons until all the steps are done. It should restart and after a minute or two loading will ask you to run through the setup wizard again. All data will be deleted including your setup data such as height, weight, age etc.
