Anyone know of stockists of Timex watches in Dublin? I know Argos do them but they don't have the particular one I'm looking for.

Amazon is probably your best bet. I bought this one a few weeks ago although I only paid £27 sterling the price seems to have jumped up to £35 now.

For a few dollars more there's a Chronograph version available with a blue or white dial. They look great on a NATO strap:
