Cigar smoke

    Hi folks,

I recently viewed a car I was interested in buying, but was put off by the reek of cigar smoke. It wasn't that the owner had just had a quick puff, it was as if someone had spent considerable time in the car smoking away.
Is there anyway to rid the smell?
Another thing with the car in question (its a compact estate) was that it had poorly applied tints to the rear glass panels - I'm guessing this could be easily enough removed with a heat gun or hairdryer?
Other than that, the car was in decent nick, no fag burns or ash all over the place.

    all answers greatly appreciated
