    Genzebe Dibaba runs 3:54.11 in the 1500m. The only women to run faster than that in history are Ma's army from China in the 90s, and Tatyana Kazinkina and Paula Ivan, both doped up from state sponsored systematic doping in Eastern Europe in the 1980s. Such a shame this won't get the plaudits and endorsements that a World Record should bring. IAAF should scrap some of those farcical and untouchable records which are known to be fraudulent.

    Why should it. Let history be the judge.

    PS most records could be scrapped for the same reasons.
