My mother is trying to find her Iban/bic numbers for a company she receives a small pension from.  When she goes into the online calculator it asks her what branch her account is in.  Problem is her branch has closed.  She was in Inchicore.  What does she put in for this?

    Hi Peig Sayers,

Thanks for contacting us on Boards.

If your mother's account is registered for Banking 365 online, her IBAN & BIC details are available to view on the 365 Homepage and also on the top right hand corner of her account statement.

If using the online calculator, your mother will need to choose Walkinstown branch as her account holding branch.

We hope this helps and if there's anything else we can help you with, please let us know.

    Thanks,
    Sharon
