Android TV box problem

My Minix x6 is stuck on the screen below in the picture and hasn't done anything for over 4 hours, I've tried restarting it but it does the same thing again, any ideas?

The blue circle beside "system" is moving and I can move the mouse cursor around the screen but I can open any apps
