Clinomyn Smoker's Toothpaste. Only one I ever found to work. Tesco stock it. I noticed results in 2-3 days. After a week they were as white as I'd want.

I like the Sensodyne whitening toothpastes. Found PearlDrops absolutely useless.

Do any whitening toothpastes actually work? Are they not gimmicky?

I thought the only way to whiten teeth was with bleach.

I use Colgate white one optic and find it great but I think that's because it leaves a film on your teeth that looks white. I find it's fantastic until I eat and then the whiteness starts to fade.

Whitening toothpastes actually do very little to white your teeth as the most they can do is use abrasives to remove surface stains from your teeth. If you really want white teeth you'll need to get them whitened by your dentist or you will need to get a otc whitening product form your local Boots or pharmacy or else buy Crest strips online.

Now on to toothpaste i use a few different toothpastes and just pick at random which one to get usually I'll have one of each knocking around at home. They are Oral B 3D White, Crest 3D White (Find this and the Oral B to be nearly the same they are the same brand basically Crest is just the US version), Kin Whitening Toothpaste (this stuff is amazing a removing surface staining) and Colgate Max White Optic ( leaves a blue film on your teeth to make your teeth appear whiter)
