Working Abroad

    Hi, I was working abroad last year (J1) and have used taxback.com to claim back taxes I paid in the US. When I contacted them yesterday they said my application was on hold because I didn't pay the advance fee. There was no email or note to say this fee was paid in advance and they now say its a new US regulation. Anyone any experience/advice with this?
