Anyone know anything about pouring screed in wet rooms?

For those areas where the floor needs to be sloped to allow water run-off, does the screed company set this up, or is it left out for tiler or other to set?

Fix a baton to the floor around the shower tray area. Screed company will pour up to this and then when you tile comes he can pour a stiff mix and slope it back to the drain

    Hope this helps
