    Hey there, just checking my bank statements and i've got a bill for 12.70 as UnpFree Electric Ireland. I was with you guys when i was living in an apartment with my mate but we have been moved out since the 20th of May.

    Thanks for your post.

    That may relate to direct debit charges, applied if they are returned unpaid (a penalty fee of €6 applies for each returned direct debit, and the bank would also add their own fee to this).

    If you send us your details by private message (including your full name, address, contact number and confirmation that you are the account holder) we can look into this for you.
