    Hi all,

I am looking to change my 2009 Honda Accord 2.2 iDTEC EX saloon for something that I could fit my mountain bike into and that has as much kit as my Honda and is economical for around €15,000. Not easy I know......if I could get anything under the new tax system and with under 80,000 miles also that would be great :-D

    Any suggestions??

If your looking for something to fit a mountain bike into then maybe look at an estate or SUV.

Another Honda Accord with a bike rack!

(I wish I could thank my own comment)

A bit over your budget but it's being sold by a Honda dealer so you might get a more generous trade-in price for your old Accord, low mileage too:

Thanks Bazz, lovely bus. I had a Passat and all I had to do was take off the front wheel and the bike fitter in. Now even with both wheels taken off the bike won't fit in the Accord. I did get a rack (as pointed out by a previous poster) but when the bike is on it, the disc and frame sometimes hit the car and damage it. Plus it's not as safe or convenient as putting the bike straight in!

Look at a Mondeo hatch. Huge boot.
