Opinions please on the feasability of moving this wall. I see it is bearing some of the roof weight but moving it less than a meter will not make a difference to that as the span is still smaller than every other room. The gable wall should not need this support but the new wall will still provide it. My only concern is the construction of the foundation. Would some major structural work be required to foot this wall? We would like to steal the space from the bedroom to make the bathroom bigger, have contacted a builder about obtaining a quote but would like to know a bit more if anyone can help? Thanks.

    House is an 80s bungalow.

Bedroom side, we would like to take this space that used to be a wardrobe, up to the protruding wall on the right.
