Peak +7 day bloods

I'm not certain of my ov date. Simply cos I was unable to accurately take my temps due to disrupted sleep at that time and very confusing positive OPK for 3 days straight. With my CM observations etc, FF gave me last Thurs. Yet, I had my first temp rise on that date so I wonder about it being the previous day. Anyway, I'm to get my peak bloods so wondering if there is much of a dif between getting them within a day or two?

Also, there is mixed info about when to get them done. Most of my research says +7 from ovulation but I have also read +7days from last day of fertile CM. I don;t get much CM. When I conceved before, my last day of CM was CD15 but I didn't ovulate til CD17.

HOpefully either way, a couple of days may not be vital but I;m confused as to the correct day for GP. Thanks.

BTW, it must come up as an issue for poeple when there is a weekend. Do you get the bloods on the FRiday or the MOnday?

I had my day 21 bloods done today and was also confused as to how accurate this needs to be as I have irregular cycles. My doctor said that it doesn't have to be exactly the same day. I average a 32 day cycle and just counted back 7 days from that.

I'm sure when they get your results they will be able to advise further.

Sorry to but in. I went by 7+ ovulation but unsure of exact date so rough guess.

Got my peak +7 today. Think progesterone is the nb one? Got 59 but don't know the range? From Google I've seen both 30 and 60 mentioned? ????

59 is really good! Greater than 30 nmol/L is taken to be a sign that ovulation has occured
