    Hi,
Just need a small bit of clarification here. When they ask for relevant persons attending a third level education, do they mean from the previous year, or will be attending in the coming year.

It said that a dependent child is someone who was in college on Oct 1st, 2014. But didn't say any date for relevant persons. So this person finished college this May, they still counted as a dependent child, but do I put them down as a relevant person?

    Thanks.

A sibling, parent or dependent person attending further/higher education for the coming academic year (15/16) is a relevant person.
