Restoring photos from Time Machine

    really need some help as I seem to have lost all my photos from my computer. I have a back up on time machine from approx a month ago, home computer does not get a lot of use, but I can not find the picture to copy/restore.

    I am panicking now as there are a lifetime of the children's photo/video on here and i thought everything was looked after with TM.

    Appreciate any help or advice.

    Hey nanook! You should be able to enter time machine application and click back to the month in question and then search in your finder window. Try searching the whole computer for filename.

    Do you put all your images in photo library or just directly to the computer somewhere?
