Trek Carbon Frame Chipping

I noticed some chips in the carbon of the lower frame of my Trek Domane. Seems like a couple of top layer carbon chips, but I can see some white (?). It's minor in size (3-4mm), and no flaking as such. But does this need attention? I've heard carbon is porous, so I need to cover it from rain etc?

Bizarrely, the chip appeared right in the middle of a Carbon Armor sticker behind the crankset... what gives...

Opinions experience. If I need this repaired, can I do it myself or should I return to the dealer?

Obviously if it presents a danger out on the road then I want to get this addressed...

Hard to tell without seeing a picture.

Sounds like just a paint chip and the white you are seeing is primer. So it sounds cosmetic. But again without seeing it.. hard to say.
