Ford smax 2.0 TDCI Duratorq oil filter

Just looking for some guide on changing the oil filter on the above engine. The filter is at the front of the engine just below fuel filter, its hard to get at and don't want to remove all the fittings and pipes above it if possible. Anyone with any guidance please?

Get a 27mm spanner and cut it about six inches from the ring end either that or there is a special tool its an offset spanner you can get have a look on ebay.

Yeah thats it.

If you are going to do your own oil changes that tool is a must.

Where abouts are you if your near me you can borrow one.
