Heifer down as Bullock on card

I made a mistake in registering a calf a couple of years ago. Put down a heifer calf as bull and even though I realised the mistake at the time, I never got around to correcting.

fast forward to six weeks time when she will be going to the factory!!

What's the process to getting this sorted - I assume that the factory won't accept her with the mistake on the card?

is it a form from the vet I need in the first instance or do I contact the dept - any idea how long it will take to sort.

You need to get a form from the dept and then signed by your vet. Did it show up in any tb tests? Should be all ok by 6 wks anyway.

If going to factory, should be no problem. Pretty sure all will accept it. Maybe a call to the factory to confirm in any case.

Would something like this not be spotted in a tb test report? Dept spotted error with one of mine through test info sent in by vets. Not something they like to see.

If vet is using the husky-handheld- rather than the book it normally does
