I purchased a unlocked dongle on ebay but when i tried it it was locked seller says it is unlocked only needs pin who is right!!! I ALSO tried it with a working 3sim same out come. Sellers reply was "I've tested it before selling. Your stick is unlocked. As i can see at your attached pic, your O2 sim works in 3G without problems. Modem ask you about sim card pin. That's why only 3 attempts."

A pin isn't an unlock code, try reading the leaflet(s) that came with your tesco sim card for it.

It is unlocked otherwise it wouldn't be reading the O2-IRL network at the top or have signal bars the SIM has a PIN code on it should be with the SIM pack you got.
