    Looking at the 40.
    Need persuasion....!

I don't like that it's nearly 9kg...and I'm not gone on the colour scheme.
I don't race but I do watch my times etc...

Was looking at carbon bikes but the one I was after cant be hot now and this is an option.
Looking for opinions on those who have one or chose not to get one.
    I'm on the fence.
    Marty.

    Hi
    I have a volare 931 reynolds - can't remember the number- 20 I think !
    I love it
The weight isn't an issue over carbon for me as the ride is fantastic one thing to note is the geometry is quiet racey - the front is low
I have a few ( too many ) bikes including high end carbons and to be honest this s as satisfying as any of them

Guy in our club has a Volare. Don't know the model number. He loves it, and has no complaints.

to get a '9 series' volare, you seem to have to buy the frame - the completed bikes only go as far as 853.

The 931 was replaced with thir own brand of stainless steel this year as was the use of 725 in a lot of frames
This was mainly because the difference in 931 and 953 was so small that people opted for the 931 saving a lot f €€€'s in doing so
    So..
Yes the 953 is only available as a frame
