Looking of some advise. I have access to a 60K car but need to get insurance. I have no history in the country and 0 no claims bonus. Ive had my Full license for 7+ years. I just can prove I drove in other countries (long story)

What insurance company or broker would potentially cover me?

None if that 60k car is also a high performance car. They'll treat you as if you're a brand new driver.

Have you got any insurance history and NCB from country you lived previously?
    Is it in the EU?

Most insurers, at least in my experience, don't accept it. Perhaps it differs from insurer to insurer, but most wouldn't accept mine. All of it EU based.

ye good luck...! was in a similar position (not high value but high engine size) - Ire sucks for insurance - someone posted a link to this co who seemed knowledgeable - www.oci.ie - but without Irish history (and in my case over 30) it was very expensive - to the point where I am going to continue not owning a car until I move form Ireland.

When I moved in Ireland with my EU license, cheapest insurance I found quoted me 1400 euros for the year.
I found Clements back then who insured me for 600 euros for the year, full comprehensive, via AIG locally.
Clements specialise in expats insurance services and they don't really care about your driving history. In fact they don't even ask for one.
I used them for 4 years. AIG issued me with a non claim bonus letter after that too no problem.
