Trainee Recruitment Consultant Position

    Hi guys

I have 8+ years sales, customer service and marketing experience. I was recently offered a role as a customer service team lead at a telecoms company by a recruitment agency but the recruiter basically stated that I was too over-qualified/skilled to stay in CS and I should look at a career in recruitment, considering my success in sales in the past.

I took some time to think it through, declined the job offer and put all my focus into the challenge of switching to recruitment.

I have now 2 interviews with recuitment agencies for Trainee Recruitment Consultant positions and was just wondering if anyone had any tips or advice ahead of the interviews?

    Cheers!
