Iphone replacement two blue screens in a row?

Hi, so my iPhone 6+ started getting blue screen, and so I got onto apple, and arranged for them to give me a replacement phone while I send mine off and get it fixed. I received it today, and synced it up to iTunes, and this new phone also now has blue screen as well.

    1. Is this a refurb unit? It didn't come in a standard box?
    2. Could it possibly be a problem with the computer I'm syncing it with, or just a problem with the iOS software?

    Thanks

Did you restore from a backup?

No, I attempted to but it wouldn't restore, even from iCloud.
