I don't like Dublin lateish on the weekend nights.(don't know if that's relevant to your question!),

So I am a dull an boring fart who cannot be bothered fighting my way through the crowds of drunks and high on whatever people to get a drink. I must be getting old, or maybe complacent.

Either way, happy to be at home weekend nights although occasionally go out on a Saturday night EARLY ie 7 oc and have a meal and a few jars, home by 10 or so, when the draculas and nutters come out!!

And no, I am not 75 yrs old either. Before you ask.

Reasonable answer, and I am not one to judge. I'm 22. Ive explained to some of my friends that I will not be coming out.. They were almost speachless. Nothing wrong with wanting to relax, stay away from crowds and just enjoy the silence for a change

Its too much effort but then I am a lazy sh1t and my genetics seem to
have no desire to reproduce another lazy sh1t.

I think I am broken, I guess I will have to celebrate my uniqueness
    with a cry and a **** :(

I'm stuck in work, I've just had to tell the security guard not to lock me into the building.

Going out these nights to have a drink and a spliff in any pub is sh!te, too many drunken assholes that can't handle their drink. In Amsterdam then no problem, out all the time. Pufters grabbing my arse all the time when I do walk into a pub, nah, it's grand here getting a few chilled ones in and a few spliffs with the music flowing.

Just home from work and it's raining outside so no pub for me. Munster final weekend next week so I'll save it all for that

Not true, I could be heading out to find Love or a soft drink I do not
    currently have in my Fridge.

I don't drink, so pubs bore me. I can't remember the last time I was in one. I prefer staying in - especially on Friday nights.

Honestly actually not arsed drinking, getting sick of it. With all the new taxes planned, it is as good a time as any to start cutting back and only drinking when really needed.

The cost of a night out in Dublin is high and its pretty ****e for what you get in return.

Working this weekend so not out but we (group of friends) only go out once or twice a month as it's too expensive for them, I don't drink alcohol so it's not for me. They're at that Avvci chap now

Same here, plus I am broke. Most of my mates have moved away too which limits when I get out too.

Because I don't really have any close friends nearby to go out with. :(
Also I don't get paid for another two weeks.

Played a match of 5 a side from 08:00-09:00 and I couldn't be bothered going out blowing €70-100 quid tonight on drink, just gonna chill and have a pint tomorrow at the gF brothers bday, (house party)

The thoughts of spending €70 or more between taxis drink food sickens me tonight to be fair ,
