    Hi,

last Tuesday I was in hospital with a head injury I was assaulted the previous Friday and received two blows to the head. I was fine until Monday when I started to feel sick. On Tuesday I started to empty reach from nausea and was told by my GP to go to hospital as this could be related to the head injury I received. After hours in A&E and going through some tests I was asked to take a ct scan to make sure.

A young doctor told me its nothing and that if it was a Friday night because they would be so busy i would have been told go away. half hour later she calls me with results of my ct scan, she calls me into a room where she tells me I cant go home because I need to be kept under observation as they have found a cyst on my brain (this was said in the most casual way ever,as if she was telling me I had an eyelash on my face) she tells me she doesn't think its a tumor but to get some rest till the consultant can see me and give me an MRI in the morning.

I spent the night in ward worried sick and praying to god that I didn't have a tumor. I couldn't even eat the next morning with fear.

after 10pm the doctor comes in very casually and tells me that I don't need an MRI and that I don't have a cyst just a concussion and basically rushes me out of the bed telling me I can go home. he said the young doctors at night like to have a go at guessing scans without proper consultants checking.

Do I have a case here ? I was never so worried in my life for no reason just a minor concussion.
