buying a caravan to rent out

    Hi there
I am considering buying a caravan and parking it in a campsite in Donabate - there are some lovely spots there - with a view to renting it out for profit. I appreciate that lots of people are looking for cheap accom so I thought I might get a tenant.

My question is, whether after I pay the 70per week for services, I will get a reasonable amount to make it worth my while.

How much d'you reckon a 6 berth in good nick be worth monthly approx and how likely is it I can get long-stay tenants do you think? Every week it is empty I am losing cash.

Any ideas if this sounds like a good investment plan or not?

    Thanks
