So I friend wants to replace her current 2008 e200 estate as it had needed a few things done recently which were fairly costly and she feels it might be only the start of things.

She's been offered 11k as a trade in value for her car. She was expecting the replacement would be around the 30k mark but she says they seem to be closer to 40k.

Anyone recommend what to go for? It needs to be auto.

Yeah her mechanic recommend having a look at one of them which she is going to do. He told her to stay away from all the french brands and said hyundai and kia don't hold their value, lol

My Brother in law is on his second Alhambra.
He has a Sheran prior to these.
He is thrilled with the Alhambras
I think there is a new model coming this year though.
