    Right,

Selling my trusty Commuter/Frankentourer/Utility bike based on my original 2012 Giant Defy 2 Hybrid but used with a shortened stem, deep drops and bar end shifters since about October 2013.

Since the conversion it has had an almost total drivetrain refresh with new (improved) BB, Casette, chain, Crankset (an ugly but functional FSA unit) with just the Vbrakes, derailleurs and front wheel remaining.

It's not the sportiest ride but will absolutely move you and a surprising amount of kit over any distance, and has done some towpath and forest trails along with lifting stuff back from IKEA, to and from training and of course, regular supermarket runs.

Will include original riser bars, trigger shifters and 110mm stem (currently using an 80mm) with sale.

28mm Rubino tyres, will include rack and mudguards in sale. If you're taking as is the bar end shifters are 8spd Dura Ace and the brake levers are V-brake specific Textro RL-520s.

Charge Spoon Saddle not included (I'll throw in a lightly scuffed Selle Italia team saddle if needed), pedals negotiable.

    €250 ONO

Dublin based, don't have a car but will cycle to you if anywhere within 50km of City centre.

(Granny ring currently not indexed because I never saw the need for it).

    Hey,

It's a large in Giant sizing, would suit someone between 5'10" and 6'4" depending on your proportions (I'm 6'2'')

    mods please close ad.

Commutourer is a hybrid again and suited for sale in less exalted circles
